Breakfast is served in the Green Room, with its impressive collection of modern and contemporary art. The Van Cleef Breakfast is waiter-served with a variety of freshly squeezed juices, coffee and tea blends, Danish pastries and rolls, homemade preserves and a cheese and cold cut platter. In addition there is an à la carte menu with granola, Bircher muesli, freshly baked Belgian waffles and a wide range of eggs. Our Chef’s specialty is Eggs Benedict with smoked salmon.
If the weather permits, breakfast is also served on the hotel’s stunning terrace, right on the canal, where the boats sail up and down while you’re waking up !
